Installer/Plumber Technician: Los Angeles

Natura Water, Inc. seeks installation/service technicians with plumbing experience to install and maintain commercial water filtration systems for our new and existing clients. The Installer is responsible for communicating with the area sales reps to co-ordinate daily installations. The Installers and sales reps must work together to make sure that customers are satisfied. Duties/Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Delivery and set-up of equipment in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Repair and installations of all plumbing related equipment
  • Instruct the customer on the proper use of the equipment being installed
  • Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately to support the delivery and billing functions of the company
  • Perform safety checks and routine signal tests to ensure that the equipment is working properly

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 yrs installation experience
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Plumbers license desirable
  • Mechanically-inclined and organized
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • May work after hours and weekends as necessary
  • Passion for quality and customer service
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • A High School diploma or GED

Salary based on experience.
